Sushi Kappo K mainly uses sea urchin from Hokkaido.We use sea urchin that is free of alum and additives.The moment you put it in your mouth, the rich, creamy sweetness of the sea urchin melts in your mouth.*Depending on the season, the ingredients may be from Russia (Northern Territories region), Aomori, or Sanriku.
