■Simmered dishes, boiled fish

■Three pieces of nigiri sushi: Natural bluefin tuna medium fatty cut, squid, and white fish.

■Grilled dishes: Saga beef skewers or homemade roast beef

■Steamed dish: Warm steamed egg custard

■Fried food: Crab cream croquette

■3 pieces of sushi: Shrimp, Egg, and Green Onion

■Small Dish: Salmon Roe Small Dish

■Finishing dish: Funori soba (cold)

■Dessert: Warabi mochi
